Short Bio: X. Qin, Professor, Distinguished Expert (Sichuan, China), FIMA (UK), Full Member of Sigma Xi (USA), Stanford Top 2% Scientist (Elsevier), Highly Cited Researcher (Thomson Reuters / Clarivate), Chinese Highly Cited Researcher (Elsevier), Honorary Member of Academy of Roamnian Scientists (Elected 2026). His research interests center on Nonlinear Analysis and Optimization, with over 100 papers published in renowned international academic journals such as SICON, ESAIM-cocv, CVPDE, and IEEE TNNLS, among others. He has been honored with prestigious awards including the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Award (Zhejiang, China), the Best Paper Award from the Journal of Global Optimization (Springer), the Best Paper Award from Acta Mathematica Scientia (Elsevier), and two Clarivate Publons Top-Peer-Reviewer Awards (Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Fields). Additionally, he served as an EiC (or AE) for several international scholarly journals, such as, AAO, AMSA, ASVAO, JANO, JNVA, JCAM, JOTA, and so on. Recently, he was also invited to give a 45-minute invited lecture at the 2025 International Congress of Chinese Mathematicians (ICCM).
