讲座题目: Transmission dynamics of brucellosis: Mathematical modelling and applications in China
摘要:Brucellosis, the most common zoonotic disease worldwide, represents a great threat to animal husbandry with the potential to cause enormous economic losses. Meanwhile, brucellosis is one of the major public health problems in China, and the number of human brucellosis cases has increased dramatically in recent years. In order to show the main features of brucellosis transmission in China, we give a systematic review on the transmission dynamics of brucellosis including a series of mathematical models and their applications in China. For different situations, dynamical models of brucellosis transmission in single population and multiple populations are devised based on ordinary differential equations. Furthermore, we revealed the spatial-temporal characteristics and effective control measures of brucellosis transmission. The results may provide new perspectives for the prevention and control of other types of zoonoses.

主讲人简介: 孙桂全,教授,博士生导师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,中国数学会生物数学专委会委员,中国青年科技工作者协会理事。主要从事生态斑图机理以及传染病防控措施研究,以第一完成人获得山西省科学技术奖(自然科学类)一等奖。主持国家重点研发计划政府间合作重点项目1项,国家自然科学基金项目4项,获得霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金、“山西省青年拔尖人才”、“博士后国际交流计划”、“山西省优秀科技工作者”和“山西省青年五四奖章”。
